Q2: How long does it last?

A: This hair can last for a very long time once installed depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair, wrap your hair when going to bed for a longer lasting hair style.

 Q3: Can I go swimming?

A: You may go in swimming pools and hot tubs. It is best to wash hair right after swimming. Avoid getting hair in salt water as the salt can take all the moisture out of the hair and it will lead to tangling of the hair. Never braid your hair and go in salt water. It is best to wear it down. Add a spray in conditioner after swimming.

 Q4: Why is my hair tangled?

A: Hair can get tangled when it’s too dry, simply wash with conditioner and it will get better. Use oil sheen to add moisture back into hair if dry. Our hair comes thoroughly detangled meaning we have used professional equipment to ensure our hair is soft and manageable.

 Q5: Can this hair be straightened or curled?

A: Yes, you could use hair straightener or hair curler at a very low heat. However, we would recommend using the hot water method to seal and style the hair. The hot water method for sealing your style prevents the hair from unravelling. Additionally, it adds a nice shine to your finished look! 

Q6. Can I cut the hair?

A: Of course! You can cut the hair to your desired length. We recommend feathering the blunt ends again to achieve more natural look. Please consult your hairstylist for further information in regards to this technique.

Q6. How many packs of  do i need to achieve a full head?

A: It all depends on the desired hairstyle but we suggest purchasing 2-4 extra packs of hair than you would normally use.

Q7. How long is the braiding hair?

A: We have two lengths, our plain hair comes in 82” and our ombré collections come in 24”. Solid colour can be stretched to desired lengths. Length varies from person to person as we are all different heights. 

Q8 How long is shipping?

A: If hair is in stock you will have the option of next day delivery and standard 2-3 days delivery. If not please allow up to 10 business days. Rush shipping is available on request. 

Q9. When will I receive tracking info?

A:Once your order has shipped you will receive tracking number via email.

Q10. How would I know when braiding hair, coloured wigs, bundles or lace are in stock? 

A: Our Newsletters subscribers are first to know about our launches and new releases date. We also encourage you to follow us on Instagram to be the first one to know when a wig is available for sale or in stock.

Q11. What is the normal processing time for orders? 

A: The normal processing time is 1 to 2 business days and depending on your shipping options, your delivery time may vary.
